Composition: Each uncoated tablet contains:
Levamisole HCI BP............. 1000 mg

Indications:
When used at recommended dose rate, Levazone-3 is effective against
the mature and developing immature stages of levamisole sentitive Haemonchus,
Trichostrongylus, Cooperia, Nematidirus, Bunostimum and Oesophagostomum
species in the gastrointestinal tract, and Dictyocaulus spp in the lungs. Levamisole
belongs to imidazothiazoles. It is very safe to use and its availability in the blood
is very quick, its administration does not require any diet. It can be used for pregnant
or milking females. Levamisole does not induce photosentitivness and studies have
proven a non specific immunostimulant effect.
Uses:
For treatment and control of parasitic bronchitis, parasitic gastroenteritis
in cattle, sheep and pigs. Ascaridiosis.
Dosage and administration: Oral tablet
Sheep, Cattle, Goat, Pigs
1/4 tablet for 20 to 40 kg
1/2 tablet for 40 to 80 kg
1 tablet for 80 to 160 kg
2 tablets for 160 kg to 320 kg
Contra Indications and Warnings:
No side effects known. Should not be used
simultaneously with products containing
organophosphorus compounds
Withdrawal Time:
Meat and Offal: 3 days
Milk: 4 days
