Composition:
Each gm powder contains:
Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride BP.......... 200 mg
Excipients..................................................... q.s.
Indications:
For the treatment of diseases caused by or associated with organisms sensitive to oxytetracycline in livestocks and poultry such as Respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, CRD.
Dosage and administration :
Poultry 10g/ 20 liter of drinking water, during 3-5 days Swine 10g/ 20 liter of drinking water or 10g/200 kg of body weight, during 3-5 days Cattles, goats and sheeps: 10g/200 kg of body weight, during 3-5 days. Administration route: to be mixed into drinking water.
Contra-indications:
Do not use in animals suffering from renal or hepatic damage. Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to tetracylines or any of the excipients.
Do not use in pregnant or breeding animals.
Do not use in animals under one month old; do not combine with penicillin, cephalosporin, quinolon and cycloserin.
Withdrawal period :
Meat: 7 days, Milk: Nil
